Mid Level/Senior Commissioning Agent
Commissioning Agent will serve as the project lead throughout the commissioning process and be responsible for all aspects of the commissioning phases of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects in office. Local and out-of-town travel to job sites on a regular basis is required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform building commissioning, including CX plan, installation checks, testing, and reporting
  • Review documents for constructability issues during design development and construction documents phases
  • Coordinate responses to RFIs and contractor questions with design team
  • Review submittals
  • Work with design team to resolve design issues that arise during the commissioning process
  • Attend project meetings as required
Required
  • LEED AP
  • 3+ years of green building commissioning experience
  • Experience with and understanding of LEED commissioning requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of a variety of construction and engineering practices
  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
  • Project management skills
Desired
  • HVAC design experience
  • Experience with HVAC systems and/or HVAC controls
  • Experience with LEED certified projects
  • Environmentally minded with an understanding of energy and climate change issues

Entry Level Commissioning Agent
Entry Level Commissioning Agent will assist the Project Manager throughout the commissioning process and be responsible for all day-to-day aspects of the commissioning phases of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects in office. Local and occasional out of town travel to job sites on a regular basis is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in performing building commissioning, including CX plan, installation checks, testing, and reporting
  • Review documents during design development and commissioning document phase

  • Assist in review of submittals

  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering

Mid/Senior Level HVAC Engineer
HVAC Engineer with 3+ years of experience in sustainable design, willing and able to take on project management responsibility. Design energy efficient HVAC systems, build strong client relationships, and manage project schedules and budgets.

Required

  • Strong knowledge of Autocad
  • Creative thinker with effective communication and teamwork skills
  • BS degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Project management experience
  • Good client skills
  • Experience w/ sustainable design
Desired
  • P.E.
  • LEED AP
  • Experience with BIM
  • Environmentally minded with an understanding of energy and climate change issues


Energy Analyst
Energy analyst with 2 + years experience with comprehensive analyses of buildings and development of recommended energy efficiency measures. Data collection, analysis, recommendations and technical assistance on a wide range of facilities. Design review of new construction and retrofit projects; develop and maintain spreadsheet models; develop reports on energy efficiency measures; perform energy audits and site measurements; review and analysis of energy use data.

Required

  • Excellent abilities with MS Excel
  • Creative thinker with effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with HVAC systems and/or HVAC controls
  • BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or energy related fields
Desired
  • Familiarity with Visual Basic
  • Experience with other programming languages
  • Environmentally minded with an understanding of energy and climate change issues
  • Experience with energy modeling
  • LEED AP
